Maryland Crab Feast
I spent Saturday in Annapolis, Maryland learning how to tear the legs off, scrape the lungs aside, and slurp the meat out of a fresh Chesapeake Bay crab. Sort of a barbaric ritual I suppose, but oh so delicious.
Yum.
